Stewart Thrash is a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Atlanta office. He specializes in agency and tenant representation across the office, industrial, and life science sectors. Over the course of his career, Thrash completed more than 440 transactions totaling over 4.89 million square feet and representing $661 million in total lease consideration.

Thrash brings a rare dual-market perspective to his work, having represented both occupiers and institutional landlords.

Community endeavors include serving as president of the YCR Advisory Committee, the NAIOP Georgia Chapter’s Future Leadership Program and the Georgia Multiple Sclerosis Society Leadership Class.
