As Partner and Real Estate Practice Group Leader with Arent Fox Schiff, Thomas Castiello represents a variety of clients in all aspects of real estate activities. He has experience with acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and dispositions involving a broad range of commercial real estate assets.

Castiello also works with District of Columbia public charter schools in connection with the financing and development of campus facilities. Additionally, he has represented clients with the acquisition, financing, and disposition of professional sports franchises and sports and entertainment facilities.

Notable matters include representing Goldman Sachs in multiple multifamily acquisitions throughout the United States. Castiello also advised DLC Management Corporation with the acquisitions and dispositions of grocery-anchored retail centers and represented DSC Partners in the acquisition and financing of a 28-building portfolio in Montgomery County, MD.
