Rebecca Miltenberger is a real estate and land use attorney and shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. Her practice centers on complex commercial real estate transactions and land use projects, particularly within the hospitality, gaming, leisure, multifamily, office and retail sectors.

Miltenberger represented Red Rocks Resorts in its development of the Durango Resort and Hotel. She has handled multiple projects for Caesars, including the $375-million development of the Caesars Forum Convention Center.

Through Brownstein’s Karma Committee, she participates in volunteer initiatives. Miltenberger is a mentor to up-and-coming attorneys at the firm, provides CLE training, and previously served as chair of the summer associate committee.

Miltenberger is the chair of the Board of Trustees and the Governance Committee for the DISCOVERY Children’s Museum and has provided legal counsel to numerous nonprofits.  

She has maintained a Chambers USA ranking and was recently honored as a Band 1 lawyer. Additionally, she has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Mountain States Super Lawyers.

These are some of the reasons why Rebecca Miltenberger received Connect CRE’s 2025 Phoenix & Southwest Lawyers in Real Estate Award. The award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
