Perkins Coie Managing Partner Kyle Hettinger has over 35 years of experience in leasing, acquisition, disposition, development, and redevelopment of real estate. Asset types include retail, commercial, office, power plant, renewable energy, residential, agricultural, and hotel properties.

He strategizes, collaborates, and negotiates complex real estate transactions on behalf of high-net-worth individuals, homebuilders, public and private companies, private equity funds, and renewable and traditional energy companies.

Hettinger also works with commercial mortgage-backed securities special servicers on a national basis, focusing on real property REO leasing and dispositions of office, retail, and industrial properties, including leading title, survey, and other due diligence reviews.

His notable matters include representing a national landlord in developing and leasing large-scale retail, retail-based mixed-use projects, and enclosed malls nationwide. Hettinger also advised data center owners/developers on acquiring, leasing, and financing Arizona data centers, as well as represented renewable energy companies in their leasing, acquisition, and development of solar and storage project sites.
