Polsinelli Office Managing Partner Amy Kiefer Hansen represents real estate developers, REITs and real estate private equity firms on transactional and development matters.

She represents ski resorts across the United States, and routinely works with master developers of large-scale master-planned developments, high-density mixed-use urban projects, and transit-oriented developments.

Notable matters include advising real estate investment trusts on the acquisition and disposition of nationwide office and industrial properties. She worked with a private equity client on its acquisitions of short-line railroads in the U.S. and Canada. She also advised the master developer on a 40-acre, mixed-use transit-oriented development in Denver.

Hansen’s many honors include being named to the 2025 POWER List (Colorado Biz), Denver’s Top Lawyers list (5280 Magazine), Denver Power Women (Bisnow), and Top Women Lawyers (Law Week Colorado). Chambers USA and Colorado Super Lawyers have recognized her.
