Jody Pokorski is a partner in the Phoenix office of Snell & Wilmer. She focuses on real estate transactions, development, and regulatory matters, including work related to commercial purchase and sale transactions, master-planned communities, subdivision matters, leasing, including complex ground lease transactions, and real estate financing.

She is the past secretary of Arizona CREW, and is a member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association, ULI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative and Lambda Alpha. In the community, Pokorski is on Desert Mission’s and the John C. Lincoln Health Foundation’s board and serves as board chair of Homeward Bound.

Additionally, Pokorski is involved with Arizona State University, Women and Philanthropy, the National Charity League, the Senior Citizens Law Project and Social Venture Partners.

Pokorski has received multiple accolades from Phoenix Magazine, Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, Southwest Super Lawyers and the Arizona Business Leader.
