Notable matters include negotiating and drafting a ground lease and related agreements for the development of a 150-key branded hotel in Gilbert, AZ. Robinow also advised a national student housing developer on the take-out financing of a construction loan for a recently constructed student housing facility in Flagstaff, AZ, and advised a New York hedge fund on various note purchases in commercial mortgage-backed securities offerings.
