Damon Juha
Advised an office tenant on its nationwide expansion efforts
Represented a client in a 1.4-million-square-foot lease
Damon Juha serves as a vice chair of Saul Ewing’s National Real Estate Practice. He handles real estate matters throughout the United States and abroad. Juha represents landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in negotiating and documenting the various stages of real estate transactions, from acquisition to construction, leasing, and management, to disposition of the property. During his career, he has handled transactions exceeding a billion dollars in deal volume.
During the past year, Juha provided advice to an office tenant as part of its U.S. expansion efforts. Notable matters also included representing a client in a 1.4-million-square-foot industrial lease and an aerospace company with a 110,000-square-foot lease.
Juha is a frequent speaker at industry events and a committed member of his community. He contributes to organizations such as City of Hope and actively participates in his temple and his children’s school.
