Brian Kang is Greenberg Glusker’s Chair of the Real Estate Group. His notable matters cover virtually all categories, with a client list that includes real estate investors, developers, financial institutions, national universities and REITs.

He currently handles the real estate needs and mission-critical activities for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Committee. Kang has also represented the University of Southern California in complex transactions.

For close to a decade, he has represented the Korean American National Museum on a pro bono basis as the organization’s real estate counsel. Kang has been a member of the Board of Governors for the Korean American Bar Association of Southern California since 2013 and has served as the organization’s President.

Kang’s efforts in the real estate space have generated recognition from Best Lawyers in America, Southern California Super Lawyers, the Los Angeles Times and Connect CRE.

These are some of the reasons why Brian Kang received Connect CRE’s 2025 National Lawyers in Real Estate Award. The award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
