Katelyn O’Brien is a partner in the Real Estate Department and part of Proskauer’s Real Assets practice group. Her practice involves commercial real estate investments. She represents investors, developers and operators in joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, developments, leases and financing transactions. Her experience spans a variety of asset classes, including life sciences, office, hotels, resorts, senior housing, industrial and retail.
O’Brien serves on the Board of Directors for The Home for Little Wanderers, the nation’s oldest child welfare agency. She is actively involved in CREW Boston, serving on the organization’s Membership Committee, while mentoring other members. O’Brien is also a member of the Real Estate Finance Association and the Boston Bar Association (Real Estate Section).
She has been recognized by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America and the Legal 500.
