Frank Flynn is the Managing Partner and Owner of the Flynn Law Group. For nearly three decades, he has specialized in residential and commercial landlord-tenant litigation, subsidized housing, condominium collections, commercial litigation, and condominium association representation. He currently represents many prominent management companies, commercial and residential landlords and condominium associations in Massachusetts.

Flynn has held several prominent positions in various professional associations, including Vice President of the Asian American Lawyers Association. He is a premier industry educator for lawyers and real estate managers and wrote “Terminating Commercial Tenancies” for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education.

He has presented seminars to the Boston Bar Association and authored numerous published articles in trade journals on topics including residential and commercial landlord-tenant law, collections, and condominium law.

Flynn has been a speaker at industry groups, including MassHousing, the Institute for Real Estate Management, the New England Affordable Housing Management Association, NERSC, the Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations, and the New England Community Association Institute.

These are some of the reasons why Frank Flynn received Connect CRE’s 2025 Boston & New England Lawyers in Real Estate Award. The award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
