As a partner in Nutter’s Real Estate Department, Chris Papavasiliou guides investors, funds, and operators through every phase of the real estate lifecycle, from acquisition and assemblage to financing, repositioning, and eventual sale. His work involves leasing, financing, permitting and land use.

Papavasiliou has handled several data center acquisitions nationwide, working closely with local permitting entities and engineers to obtain necessary permits and infrastructure approvals. He has represented clients in assembling real estate portfolios and has an active multifamily and affordable housing practice.

Whether advising institutional investors on complex financing and acquisition deals or working directly with communities to build consensus for transformative projects, Papavasiliou’s holistic perspective touches every realm of the real estate industry.

Papavasiliou is a member of ULI’s Boston Market Council and the Boston Bar Association. Chambers USA has ranked him as a top real estate attorney.
