As a partner in Nutter’s Real Estate Department and co-chair of the Commercial and Real Estate Finance practice group, Beth Mitchell brings a wide range of experience in real estate financing, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, and debt restructuring.

Her practice focuses on various asset types, including office buildings, multifamily projects, mixed-use developments, hotels, and industrial properties. She has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, locally, regionally and nationally.

She represents clients in handling downtown office buildings, suburban office parks, multi-family buildings, student housing projects, mixed-use developments, hotels, retail complexes, industrial properties and not-for-profit uses. Financial institutions, investors, developers and other public and private entities rely on Mitchell to handle their financings, acquisitions, dispositions, leases, joint ventures, foreclosures and troubled debt restructurings.

She brings her experience and perspective to advise clients on transactions that drive success and growth for their enterprises.
