Karina Davydov is a Managing Director at MonticelloAM, LLC, specializing in the healthcare sector. She is involved in every aspect of the origination process, including sourcing, structuring, closing and relationship management for bridge, mezzanine, and working capital financing. She cites the MonticelloAM Healthcare Team, led by Joseph Borenstein, as the support system that has led to her achievements in healthcare lending.
Year to date, Davydov helped facilitate over $200 million in financings, including acquisition and refinance requests for skilled nursing and seniors housing. Recent transactions include a $137-million refinance of a 1,135-bed nursing home portfolio in North Carolina, securing $52.25 million in bridge financing for a skilled nursing facilities portfolio in the Chicago metropolitan area and providing $16.7 million in bridge financing for a seniors housing property in Illinois.
Davydov mentors young professionals while working across the organization to achieve business goals. She is an ambassador for Ladies of eCap, is a member of multiple healthcare finance groups and a long-term member of the Secured Finance Network. She is an active member of “Strong Coffee / Stronger Women,” a monthly networking group for women in healthcare and seniors housing.

She is passionate about working closely with the people on the front lines – the operators – and devoted herself and her career to doing so.
