Esther Bukai is RIPCO’s Vice Chair, specializing in tenant representation. She has extensive experience in tenant expansion and rollouts to help clients maximize spaces and retail capabilities and significant experience handling investment sales. Bukai helped Peter Ripka open the company’s Manhattan office and now represents multiple brands in the New York metro area. She was part of the team that brought ALDI into New York City. Her combined lease transactions exceed $500 million.
Beyond her daily work within RIPCO, Bukai mentors younger brokers, helping them navigate the industry. In the community, she is a hospice volunteer with Visiting Nurses of NY and has been recognized for her work as a special advocate for children in foster care through her work with CASA. She also works pro bono for various non-profit organizations in New York City, assisting them with their real estate needs.
