Aislinn S. McGuire is the Managing Director of the Contractors’ Association of Greater New York, Inc. (CAGNY) and a partner with Kauff McGuire & Margolis LLP. In this role, she leads initiatives to enhance safety, innovation and inclusion within the construction industry. She also focuses on fostering cooperative relationships among CAGNY’s members, advocating for collective bargaining and insurance reforms, developing safety and ethics standards, exploring new construction technologies and supporting inclusion, diversity and equity efforts and practices.

Additionally, McGuire oversees the John A. Cavanagh Scholarship Program.

McGuire mentors law students and young associates (she is in charge of associate development at KMM), sharing her experiences and insights on diversity in the workplace and succeeding in male-dominated industries. She has also led panels, such as one on diversity in the workplace at Boston College Law School. McGuire has served as a moderator at the Building and Construction Trades Council of Greater New York (BCTC) Annual Conference and as a panelist on the Prevailing Wage Panel at Cornell University. Super Lawyers has recognized her for many years.
