As a director with Fennemore Craig, Jay S. Kramer focuses on acquisition, infrastructure financing, entitlements, development and sale, loan workouts and restructuring. He is an expert in construction law and sports law.

Notable matters include representing a national construction lender with the workout, restructuring and refinancing an aggregate credit facility exceeding $350 million with a major apartment project developer in the metropolitan Phoenix area. Kramer also advised one of the largest national non-profit senior living facility developers in the United States in refinancing $24 million of Pima County Industrial Development Authority bonds to develop the country’s largest senior living project.

Kramer is a Phoenix Suns’ Charities and Valley Partnership board member and serves on the Make-A-Wish National Planned Giving Advisory Council and Home Builders Association of Central Arizona. He is also a past board member of the Fennemore Craig Foundation, The Chrysalis Shelter for Victims of Domestic Violence and Kivel Campus of Care.
