Amy Altshuler is a partner in Lewis Roca’s Business Transactions Practice Group and the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. She practices in real estate leasing (retail, commercial, and industrial), land acquisition, and land development. She also advises on related corporate and entity issues, including the formation of joint ventures, partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies. Her clients include restaurants, retailers, investors, developers, home builders, insurance companies, and similar businesses with sophisticated real estate needs.
Notable matters include representing VEREIT in nationwide retail and restaurant leasing activities, Hopdoddy Burger Bar in restaurant leasing and corporate transactions and PetSmart in its nationwide leasing efforts.
Altshuler is active in the community, participating in Waste Note and on the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce Partner Council 100. She is an ICSC member and a past speaker at the organization’s law conference. Altshuler is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women, the Arizona State Bar and the Maricopa County Bar Association.
