As a shareholder with Otten Johnson, Heather Park Meek focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, sales, development, financing and leasing. She represents a wide range of clients, from small business owners and commercial tenants to real estate developers and institutional banks. She dedicates much of her practice to representing commercial landlords leasing industrial, office and retail spaces.

Notable matters include representing a 180,000-square-foot health technology building developer in Denver, CO. She also represented a private equity firm in its value-add real estate investments in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, Texas and Virginia.

Meek is chair of the firm’s Real Estate Transactions practice group and a member of its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. She is also a leadership council member with the Center for Visual Art, a former mentor with Minds Matter of Colorado and a former participant with the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts. The Best Lawyers in America have recognized her in Real Estate Law.
