Patrick C. Turner, a partner with Tabangay & Turner, concentrates his practice on real estate. His areas of expertise include commercial, industrial, multifamily and residential transactions, zoning and land use, tax appeals and eminent domain), corporate and business transactions, and contract law.
One notable assignment involved working with a developer to acquire, annex and re-zone a 32-acre parcel in unincorporated Kane County into Romeoville, IL. The developer bought the property and built a $35-million food manufacturing facility for a multinational food manufacturer. Turner also represented a buyer in acquiring an $8.2-million shopping center in Downers Grove, IL.
Turner served on the board of directors of the Chicago Association of Realtors and was Chairman of the organization’s Commercial Forum Committee. He also served as co-chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s Commercial Finance & Transactions Committee and as chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals for Western Springs. He currently sits on the Village’s Plan Commission.
