A Partner in the Real Estate Practice Group at Greenberg Glusker LLP, Steven Lurie focuses on diverse high-value development projects, acquisitions and sales, financing transactions, leasing, and joint venture transactions across the commercial real estate sector. He represents and has formed longstanding relationships with developers, investors, borrowers, landlords and tenants. In the past two years, he has been the lead lawyer on transactions worth more than $5.5 billion across 18 states and the District of Columbia.

Lurie has also dominated the golf course real estate niche, handling sales, purchases, leases, finance, management agreements, and other transactional and advisory matters for 269 golf courses in 31 states.

Lurie is an industry thought leader, regularly speaking on panels for Western Real Estate Business, Bisnow, Connect CRE, and other highly respected organizations and industry publications.

Lurie has served on Greenberg Glusker’s Management Committee for the past nine years. Outside the firm, he performs pro bono work for The Maple Counseling Center. Lurie also sits on the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission (LASEC) and City of Hope Los Angeles Real Estate Council boards.
