Jonathan Frank is a Partner in Snell & Wilmer’s Orange County office and co-chair of the firm’s real estate practice group. He represents buyers and sellers with the purchase, sale and development transactions involving hotels and resorts, income-producing property, multifamily, mixed-use, retail, residential, REO and other real estate assets of all sizes. He also frequently handles complex lease transactions.
Transactions include representing a seller in an $80-million hotel disposition in San Diego and representing a buyer in a $90-million fee and ground-lease interest acquisition of a multiuse high-rise tower that will be converted into a hotel.
Frank and his wife co-founded Magic Builders, a non-profit corporation that manages the construction and renovation of charitable facilities throughout the U.S. Frank is also on the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast board.
He is recognized by The Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Law and Land Use and Zoning Law.
