Stacie Andra Goeddel is a California real estate and hospitality attorney. She represents owners, lenders and hotel companies in commercial real estate transactions. Her clients’ projects are within urban and resort locations throughout the United States and abroad, specifically emphasizing North America, Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia.
Goeddel has 20 years of experience representing clients in all types and all phases of real estate projects, including acquisition and disposition; finance; development, including creation and implementation of mixed‐use legal structures preparation of project governing documents, residential sale documents and project registrations; negotiation of management and related agreements; and post‐completion operations.
Her representative experience includes representing a luxury hotel company in branded residential licensing, residential management and master reciprocal easement agreements for a Chicago urban mixed-use office, retail, and luxury residential condos. Goeddel also represented a developer in a fee-for-services branded timeshare project in Maui, HI, which involved negotiating fee-for-services agreements, including hotel, condominium and timeshare management agreements,
Goeddel is a CREW Network San Francisco member who has served as a board member, secretary, and president. He was also on the National Charity League Board of Directors and the University of California Hastings College of the Law Board of Governors.
