David Alvarado is a Partner and co-founder of Harvest. In this role, he helped establish the firm’s vision, goals, values and culture.

Notable transactions included assisting a money partner with a $60-million joint venture concerning a multi-phase, mixed-use project. Alvarado also counseled an institutional owner on a $45-million office building refinance.

His community and mentorship involvement spans youth athletics, law and education. He is a board member of a non-profit wrestling booster program called Bodylock.Org. Alvarado also mentors UCLA Law students and sponsors Haitian students through Thrive Ansam.

Alvarado has been named one of “Tomorrow’s Leaders in Southern California” by Real Estate Forum, a “Rising Star” by Southern California Super Lawyers, and a “Commercial Real Estate Visionary” by Los Angeles Times B2B Publishing.
