Shawn McMillan is a founder and partner of McMillan PLLC. His 20 years of industry experience features safeguarding client interests through meticulous legal work.

When he founded the firm, McMillan focused on developing a strong team and environment in which all team members contribute to the firm’s financial victories and share in the rewards. He understands that the firm’s success is measured by the happiness and satisfaction of its team members.

McMillan is a Diamond Sponsor for CREW Charlotte. He also advocates for women through fundraising efforts on behalf of Dahlia Grove. McMillan supports Camp LUCK and is a former board member of the Children’s Home Society of North Carolina. He is a current American Cancer Society board member and participates in the American Heart Association’s annual Go Red for Women campaign.
