Clifford Barshay leads the firm’s commercial real estate practice area. He oversees the firm’s lending, equity finance, zoning, government relations and other activities.

In his two decades of experience, Barshay has represented developers, investors, and lenders throughout Georgia and the Southeast in every commercial real estate development and investment aspect.

Barshay’s client base includes large national companies engaged in development and homebuilding, local developers, and national and international investment groups. He also regularly represents lenders in both commercial real estate and asset-based transactions.

Barshay is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and Northside Youth Organization.
