Cushman & Wakefield

Experienced in organizational development, employee relations and change management

Spearheaded two full-scale corporate remodels

Lisa Campbell is Senior Operations Manager for Cushman & Wakefield’s Washington and Oregon markets. As a human resources and operations executive, Campbell has broad experience in organizational development, change management, employee relations, financial management, talent acquisition, analysis and team training and development, and community impact.

One of her main priorities is to help people achieve their true potential through career coaching and development. She brings a proactive and positive approach to leadership and believes in an inclusive environment that promotes teamwork.

During the past six years, Campbell managed two full-scale corporate office remodels requiring significant communication and coordination between multiple stakeholders; oversaw office build-out from shell to completion, then coordinated an office move to the space; and managed two remodels by moving to swing space then back to remodel space, completed on time, within budget and minimal business disruption.

She went into commercial real estate in 1999, using her start-up experience from a start-up internet provider and since then, has made a significant impact in the industry.

These are a few reasons we chose Lisa Campbell as one of the Seattle & Northwest Connect CRE’s 2023 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and play key mentorship roles for others.
