Has more than two decades of experience in tax credits and affordable housing
As Berkadia’s Managing Director, Susan Moro manages the Transaction Management team. She offers extensive knowledge in structuring, underwriting, and closing complex affordable housing tax credit transactions. She brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate and more than 22 years in tax credits and affordable housing to this position.
Before joining Berkadia, Moro was a community development regional executive for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, leading a team of low-income housing tax credit lending and equity professionals. She served in tax credit syndications with Wachovia Securities and asset management with Boston Financial Group.
