Megan Guy serves as senior vice president of development at Simone Development Companies. In this capacity, she is responsible for the company’s development initiatives and new acquisitions, managing a significant pipeline of healthcare, industrial and residential projects. Guy oversees all acquisition, land use, design, construction and marketing phases.

Since joining Simone Development in 2016, Guy has been involved with over four million square feet of projects. Most notably, she oversees the billion-dollar expansion of the company’s Hutchinson Metro Center into a 3.4-million-square-foot, 75-acre, live-work-play campus in the Bronx.

Before joining Simone, Guy served on the development team at The Related Companies, where she managed a $750-million development project, including planning, entitlement, legal, financing, engineering, design, construction and sell-out. She also was a senior analyst with HFF and a valuation professional at Duff & Phelps.

Guy is a sought-after thought leader on healthcare development and life sciences and is a featured speaker with organizations and events like New York Builds Bio and the Westchester County Association.
