Helps to finance and maintain affordable housing in New York

Brooke Richartz is a New York-based managing director and regional sales manager within JPMorgan Chase’s commercial team. She joined JPMorgan Chase in 2006 as a loan consultant and now leads a high-powered team of 10 originators in a leading, competitive multifamily market.

JPMorgan Chase committed $14 billion to affordable housing preservation and construction through the firm’s Racial Equity Commitment. For multifamily, Richartz is helping to maintain affordable housing in New York. Last year, the Commercial Banking team, which includes Commercial Real Estate, financed $12 billion to create and incentivize the preservation of more than 95,000 affordable units to help thousands of families access stable housing.

Beyond managing and mentoring her team, Richartz remains committed to supporting women who join the firm and the industry. She makes a concerted effort to keep in touch with each protege to help with their achievements and continually challenge them to think about their path forward.
