Laura Rapaport, founder and CEO of North Bridge, is dedicated to educating the industry on Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (CPACE), what it is, and how it can be used in the current capital markets environment to provide liquidity for any project focused on sustainability and efficiency. 

North Bridge provides financing nationwide for buildings across all asset classes through C-PACE. To date, the company has spearheaded the largest C-PACE deal in Florida.

Before founding North Bridge, Laura Rapaport was a managing director at L&L Holding Company, an owner-operator and developer in New York City. She was a vital leadership team member for almost a decade, taking on roles like overseeing capital raising and managing the development of 425 Park Avenue. She started her career at Lehman Brothers in the Global Real Estate Group in London and was a director at Tishman Speyer.

Rapaport serves on the board of PACENation, is a former board member (and current member) of WX, and co-founder of Penn Women in Real Estate. She is a ULI District and National Council Member, C-PACE Alliance Member and was named by Crain’s New York Business as one of New York’s 2017 “40 Under 40” Rising Stars.
