Tremont Realty Capital, the commercial real estate finance division of The RMR Group, is an SEC registered investment adviser and manager of Seven Hills Realty Trust, a mortgage REIT focused first mortgage loans secured by middle market and transitional CRE. Tremont’s current team includes four origination professionals: Tom Lorenzini, Senior Vice President; David Ross, Managing Director; Saurabh Mahajan, Senior Director; and Duncan Satherlie, Director.
Tremont provides loans to owners of middle market CRE that empower them to execute unique, complex business plans that build value. In 2022, Tremont originated over $227 million in first mortgage bridge loans across seven transactions to facilitate the acquisition or refinancing of multifamily, industrial, retail and student housing properties.
