Closed a total of 21 deals in 2022

Kristen Croxton, Greg Reed and Tina Quirin are Senior Vice Presidents of Originations for Capital One’s commercial real estate business. Each has more than 20 years of experience handling property acquisition and refinancing transactions nationwide. The team draws on loan programs from the GSAs (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA), as well as CMBS, life company, bridge and balance sheet executions. Over the course of their careers, the trio has closed $20 billion of debt on multifamily and commercial assets.

In 2022, the team closed a $43.1-million Fannie Mae fixed-rate loan for sponsor St. Anton Capital, working alongside Senior Vice President Evan Williams of the Capital One Agency Finance team. Another deal focused on two variable-rate Freddie Mac loans to Raintree Partners, which totaled $91 million. The financing consisted of a $77.3-million loan to refinance the 272-unit Colony Parc, and a $13.7-million four-year coterminous supplemental loan for the 628-unit Hensley at Corona Pointe.

The team also secured a $110-million lease-up deal with Freddie Mac in Irvine, California.

These are some of the reasons we selected Kristen Croxton, Greg Reed and Tina Quirin for inclusion in the 2023 Connect CRE Top Mortgage Brokers and Lenders Awards. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards in commercial real estate finance.
