Mike Dolan

Mike Dolan is a Vice President with TIAA Bank, where he operates in the Southwest/Phoenix region. Over the course of 2022, Dolan completed 20 translations totaling more than $141 million. These deals originated from 12 unique brokerage houses across four separate states. Dolan financed a wide array of assets, including multifamily, student housing, retail, office and self-storage. Loan purposes included construction take out, acquisition financing and cash-out refinancing.

One notable transaction involved a $15-million cash-out refinance for a self-storage asset with full term interest-only for 10 years. This enabled the client to extract funds for additional real estate investment while maximizing cash flow from the existing asset.

Another highlighted deal involved a $12.7-million construction take out of a recently completed medical office building, where funding was provided prior to the property being fully occupied and tenants open for business.
