Spearheaded 22 financial closings in 2022

Generated a sales volume of more than $293 million

Shannan Wooten is currently a Vice President with TIAA Bank, focusing on the Chicago and Midwest regions. She actively helps finance all property types offered by a bank.

One notable 2022 transaction involved $58 million in financing for a self-storage portfolio consisting of 10 property locations (and 5,790 units) across various markets.

Her diverse industry knowledge also enabled her to complete two separate student housing transactions in the Tampa, FL region, each totaling more than $20 million. Her transactions included an industrial portfolio with properties in Ohio and Kentucky, a multifamily in Lake Zurich, IL and a 107,649-square-foot multi-tenant office building in Chicago.
