Red Oak Capital has more than $400 million of assets under management

Gary Bechtel serves as Chief Executive Officer of Red Oak Capital Holdings.

Red Oak Capital Holdings LLC, and its subsidiary funds lends and invests on commercial real estate, funded through retail and institutional capital channels.

With extensive funding capacity amongst its various business lines, the firm has more than $400 million of assets under management and commitments from both retail and institutional investors. 

In 2022, Red Oak formed an affiliate, Oak Real Estate Partners, a national fund manager focused on the institutional investment sector. The entity launched its first investment vehicle fund to meet demand from institutional investors.

In addition to expanding its lending portfolio in 2022, Red Oak continued building its team, adding CRE lending experts and capital raising leaders.
