In 2022, the team closed on 25 transactions totaling 3.3 million square feet.
The team’s largest transaction involved a more than 1.1-million square feet lease to Floor & Décor at FRED310 in Frederickson, WA. Mullin and Alan represented landlord Panattoni Development in the deal at the 2.3-million-square-foot industrial speculative development.
Other notable deals included tenant representation on behalf of a major electronics brand in its lease of nearly 340,000 square feet of industrial space in Tacoma, WA. The team completed nine leases of more than 100,000 square feet, four of which exceeded 200,000 square feet. The duo also closed a few industrial sale transactions during the year.
