Eli Hanacek is a Vice Chairman with CBRE Capital Markets in Seattle, specializing in multifamily investment property sales. In 2022, he completed 69 multifamily property sales totaling 10,500 units at a transaction volume of $2.7 billion.

Notable deals included the sale of the 409-unit Uplund apartments in Kirkland, WA for $242 million. Hanacek also negotiated the off-market sale of 624 Yale in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. The 206-unit property sold for $104 million.
