Matt McLennan is Executive Vice President and Shareholder with Kidder Mathews’ Tacoma, WA office. During 2022, he brokered 34 industrial transactions totaling more than 3.1 million square feet, at a sales volume of more than $2 million.

Notable deals included landlord representation on behalf of Shope Concrete Products on a renewal of 14.2 acres of industrial outside storage. He also represented the landlord on an 84,750-square-foot lease renewal at the 234,750-square-foot Sumner 167 in Sumner, WA; and provided tenant representation services to logistics company Provisioners on a new, 137,847-square-foot, five-year lease in Kent, WA.

McLennan was recognized as a top-10 producer at Kidder Mathews for the Pacific Northwest Region.
