Brokered sale of Sienna Pointe Apartments (Bend, OR) for $49.5 million

HFO Co-founder/Partner Greg Frick and Partners Tyler Johnson and Rob Marton lead the real estate broker team at the multifamily sales company in Portland, OR. In 2022, the team successfully negotiated 92 transactions at a total sales price of more than $508.3 million.

Notable deals included the sale of the 168-unit Sienna Pointe Apartments in Bend, OR for $49.5 million – the team had also brokered the property’s sale in 2016 for $23.8 million. The team also negotiated the $38.5-million sale of Meadow Brook Place Apartments, a 154-unit apartment community in Vancouver, WA.
