Spearheaded $21-million sale of 15909 E. Marietta, generating highest industrial price-per-square-foot

Colliers’ Bill Condon and Matt McGregor, both Vice Chairs, have been leaders in the Pacific Northwest industrial market for nearly 20 years. During 2022, the team closed close to 90 sales and leasing transactions, totaling 5.3 million square feet, at a sales volume of $220.5 million.

Notable deals in the past year included Tacoma Supply Chain Center’s 370,000-square-foot lease to World Distribution Service. The deal represented the highest rent achieved in Frederickson, WA, where the center is located.

The team also negotiated the sale of a 381,790-square-foot, two-building complex in Kent, WA for $106.1 million on a 3.5% cap rate. The transaction included a 12-month sale leaseback. Condon and McGregor also handled the $40.4-million sale of the 250,250-square-foot, 9212 W. Hallett Rd. in Cheney, WA (representing the second-highest price paid for an industrial building in the Spokane market), and the $21.6-million sale of 15909 E. Marietta Ave. This 111,141-square-foot property, also in Spokane, garnered the highest price-per-square-foot achieved for an industrial building in the city.
