Dane Dahline is Kidder Mathews Senior Vice President and Shareholder in the company’s South Seattle office. During 2022, he negotiated 27 transactions totaling more than 1 million square feet, at a consideration of $7 million.

He took part in some of the largest industrial leasing deals in Kent Valley over the past year. One notable transaction included the 221,200-square-foot lease at Van Doren’s West in Kent, WA on behalf of Nuveen to local beverage distribution company Talking Rain.
