Handled $53-million sale of the 378,000-square-foot Sunset Square

Kevin Adatto, CPX Managing Partner (Commercial) in Seattle, closed 33 retail transactions totaling $407 million in 2022.

Notable deals included the sale of the 378,000-square-foot Sunset Square in Bellingham, WA for $53 million and the disposition of the 125,552-square-foot Sherwood Market Center in Sherwood, OR for $35.3 million. Adatto also handled the sale of a 121,000-square-foot parcel of the Vancouver Mall in Vancouver, WA for $27.6 million and the $43.2-million sale of the 300,000-square foot Marketplace 205 in Portland.
