Brett Hartzell is a 40-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. He serves as a Vice Chairman within CBRE’s National Partners Group. In 2022, Hartzell and his team executed 72 deals with a total transaction value of $7.2 billion.

Notable transactions included sale of the 136,350-square-foot Lakewood Business Park in Lakewood, WA for $32.9 million and the 141,884-square-foot Lacey Logistics Facility in Lacey, WA for $23.8 million. Hartzell’s team also handled the $120-million sale of the Renton Logistics Center, a 459,000-square-foot industrial facility in Renton, WA.
