Orlando-based Shelton Granade is an Executive Managing Director with Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap. In 2022, Granade and his team closed 26 multifamily property sales, totaling a sales volume of $1.7 billion.
Notable transactions in the past year included the $108.7-million sale of the 244-unit Champions Vue Apartments in Davenport, FL; the $149.9-million sale of Linden Audubon Park in Orlando; and the 320-unit SkyHouse Orlando, which sold for $101.2 million. Granade and his team also spearheaded the sale of 55 West, also in Orlando, for $150.2 million and Camila and Laurel, a two-property portfolio that sold for $151 million.
Consistently ranked as one of the top multifamily brokers in the country, Granade and his team closed more than $20 billion in sales in Florida. His transactions were among the largest Class A multifamily transactions completed in 2022 in Central Florida.
