During 2022, Newmark’s Miami’s leasing team of Executive Managing Directors Lance Benson and Mitchell Millowitz and Senior Managing Director Ryan Rosalsky completed 58 deals at a total consideration of more than $400 million.
One notable deal concerned Quest Workplaces. This was comprised of six total transactions in excess of 170,000 square feet. One involved a renewal, two focused on renewals and expansions, while three deals involved new locations.
