As Vice Chairman with Cushman & Wakefield in Los Angeles, Mike Condon Jr. leads a team that specializes in capital markets and property leasing for office, industrial, retail, land and other specialized properties. In 2022, Condon’s team closed on 45 transactions with a sales volume totaling $850 million.

One notable transaction was the sale of a 70,774-square-foot office building at 124 E. Olympic Blvd. (the vacant Mart South building) for $18 million. The new owners plan to convert the vacant building into a Mama Shelter hotel.

The team also spearheaded the $8.7-million sale of the Mandalay Generation Station on North Harbor Boulevard. The new owner plans to redevelop the property, bringing a new vision to this blighted stretch of CA coastline.
