John McMillan has been an industrial real estate services broker in Los Angeles for 32 years and is the leader of The McMillan Team in Newmark’s Los Angeles office. In 2022, McMillan’s team’s leasing and sales activities totaled $676 million, which included 43 acres and 4.9 million square feet.
The team assists clients with building and site acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, tenant relocations, institutional landlord agency representation and development assignments. McMillian’s team joined Newmark in August 2016, after 24 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where they were a consistent national top producing team for the industrial division.
After just two years at Newmark, McMillan , who serves as Vice Chair, ranked as the top industrial broker for Newmark in 2018 and has consistently been in the top five annually.
