Luke Ogelsby, CBRE Executive Vice President in San Francisco, oversaw 141 leases in 2022 at a total of 2.1 million square feet. He also is an expert in sales.
One notable deal during the past year was representation of Goodman North America in its $70 million purchase of a rare industrial site in South San Francisco. He also represented data platform company Snowflake in its 153,000-square-foot expansion in Dublin, CA, while working with fintech firm Finix in its move to new headquarters at 631 Howard St. in San Francisco.
Ogelsby joined CBRE in March of 2004 as a part of the Wheel Program, a premier training program in commercial real estate. Over the past 15 years, he has worked on a broad range of assignments including landlord and tenant representation of both office and industrial properties.
Ogelsby is a leading member of CBRE’s Technology and Media Practice Group, where he was elected to serve as part of the Executive Committee.
