In 2022, Taylor closed 48 transactions totaling $359.7 million. His significant transactions during the past year included the $48.4-million sale of Inverness Corners and Inverness Plaza, two shopping centers in Birmingham, AL totaling 316,644 square feet.
Other transactions involved the sale $18.1 million sale of the 90,860-square-foot Port Royal Plaza in Hilton Head, SC; the $23.1-million sale of the 190,000-square-foot Doraville Plaza in Doraville, GA and the $12 million sale of the 104,000-square-foot Tanger Outlet in Blowing Rock, NC. Taylor also spearheaded the closings of 17 Walmart shadow-anchored centers and five grocery anchored centers, while sourcing equity for developers and buyers.
